Manage a sign

From System Administration > Manage Signs, click a sign user.

From top to bottom:

• If the user is misconfigured, Awesign will tell you what the problem is and how to fix it. Some functionality will not be available for misconfigured sign users.
• Connections: This sign's current connection details will be displayed, including IP address and session UUID. If the same sign user is connected from multiple locations, they will all be listed. If the sign user is not currently connected, it will say it's offline.
• Identification: You can temporarily display an identification tag on all clients connected as the sign user. This is useful to verify you're looking at the correct sign before changing any settings.
• Refresh: You can force a client-side page refresh for all clients connected as the sign user.
• Load default sign: You can immediately load the default sign as configured for all clients authenticated as the user.
• Load specific sign: You can select one of the configured signs to immediately load it on all clients authenticated as the user.
• Remote log out sign: You can remotely log out all online clients authenticated as this particular sign user. This does not invalidate sessions for offline clients. This is useful for authenticating a sign as a different sign user without a keyboard or mouse.
